Nanny Time is a private tool for households that employ a nanny. Your household's data belongs to your household.
The information you and your household members enter — schedules, hours, pay records, time off, reimbursements, chat messages, and member profiles (including optional photos). Signing in with Apple shares your name and email with us only if you choose to.
In our secured backend, visible only to the members of your household. Nobody outside your household can see your data — not other users, not advertisers.
No ads, no selling or sharing your data, no third-party tracking. We keep anonymous, household-level usage counts (like "how many households used the app today") to understand whether the app works well — never the content of your data.
We store a device token so your phone can receive your household's notifications. You control notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Chat suggestions run on your device using Apple Intelligence. An external AI assistant can access your household only if a parent explicitly grants it a key, with per-permission switches, a master off switch, and a log of every action.
Household admins can export all household data from Settings at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us.
Nanny Time is for adults managing childcare. Any photos or information about children are entered and controlled entirely by their own household.
